Customer / Technical Support Representative

Customer Support Representative needed for the San Diego, CA location. Position is responsible for providing first level software user support to credit union technical staff. Responsibilities include tracking and troubleshooting telephone and online inquiries, working with internal departments to facilitate and resolve programming, network and hardware issues, contact maintenance of client inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have 1-2 years Credit union experience or comparable. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional customer service and project management skills. After hours support and flexibility in working hours required. Previous technical call center experience a plus. Expertise in Credit Union Lending services, Indirect Lending, Consumer Lending a plus.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
