Customer Support Rep II (Client Relations)

-The Client Relations Representative serves as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of institutions and works as their advocate to resolve operational issues.
-They work as the institutions' consultant on a myriad of complex issues such as: balancing daily settlement, old/new balance and grandfathering, finance charge calculations and adjustments, tables and qualification sets, and various marketing programs.
-Must communicate effectively via telephone and in writing to provide operational, technical and strategic support.
-They investigate/research and work with internal departments to resolve problems, questions and concerns. The Representative will maintain ownership of issues until resolution by monitoring and tracking service logs and responses.
REQUIREMENTS
-Associate degree or 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
-A minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment with customer problem resolution required. (Credit card and/or financial institution experience preferred).
-Credit card processing and general accounting knowledge required.
-Strong analytical and decision making skills.
-General PC skills required (Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes).
-Ability to work well under pressure with short deadlines. Excellent organizational skills.
-Able to follow through with client requests.
