We currently have Full-Time 1st shift Customer Care Associate opportunities at our Dublin, Ohio site. Hours are 9:30am - 6:00pm - all shifts include one weekend day per week. 12% shift differential is offered for weekend shifts. All applicants must be able to attend fully-paid training program. Training hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F for the first 4-5 weeks.

Training class will start on Monday, September 25th!



Job Description:

Duties include responding to and resolving customer inquiries/issues by handling incoming customer phone calls, electronic mail, or merchant related cases. Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, the ability to accurately gather and record data, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose unique business letters and e-mails to customers, and intermediate computer skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills Required:

1-3 years of work experience in a related field/call center required. Previous banking, call center, or financial experience a plus.



Educational Requirements:
