Customer Service Reps - Mortgage/Banking

LOAN SERVICING MANAGER

We are looking for a candidate with "Strong After Loan Closing experience, Strong Loan Servicing and experience in the following areas: Escrow Payments, Portfolio Management, Post Closing Management, Secondary Marketing Expereince, Familiar with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Regulations ahuge plus".

You will be responsible to manage the day to day operations of Loan Servicing processes including Quality Control, Customer Service, Escrow Administrations, Investor Shipping & Delivery, New Loan Setup, Payment and Payoff Administration, Lien Release, Records Management, Collections, HMDA/CRA, Executive & Regulatory Complaints, and other areas in Servicing Operations.

Individual will develop and implement ideas that will result in significant cost savings. Responsible for negotiation with vendors and outsourcing certain services to make the department more efficient and profitable. Ensure the timely and accurate production of relevant Board reports. Manage, coach, and develop key subordinates to assure effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for departments' budget forecasting, budgeting and budget variances.

Ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree in related field with at least 7 to 10 years banking management experience in a Loan Servicing environment
Minimum 7 years experience in Real Estate Loan Servicing and Collections
Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control & Records Management
Minimum 5 years experience in Investor Shipping/Secondary Marketing.Most of the time this person will be responsible for direct activities of all Loan Servicing. Keeping abreast of changes in Federal & State Regulations and Maintaining a working knowledge of California Real Estate laws as it pertains to Bank’s products & services.
REQUIREMENTS
