CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSR’s) And CSR/RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS

Positions are available at the following financial centers:

· Suamico: part-time CSR with benefits

· Ledgeview: part-time CSR with benefits

· West DePere: full-time CSR/Relationship Manager with benefits

As a CSR you will be responsible for professionally handling and servicing customer transactions and promoting cross sales opportunities. Duties of the CSR/Relationship Manager include counseling customers on their financial matters, opening a variety of accounts and cross-selling bank products and services in addition to the CSR duties described above. Requirements for these positions include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a numerical aptitude, and the ability to work well within a team unit. Applicants must also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to stand 85-95% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous cash handling and customer service experience a plus.
