Become a part of the exciting and rapidly growing wireless industry! Cellcom, the wireless division of the Nsight Telservices family of telecommunications companies, is currently looking for team players with great customer service skills.
As a part-time or full-time Customer Service Representative, you will:
Respond to prospective and current customer’s face-to-face, phone, written, or e-mail inquiries in an effort to build long term relationships while striving to meet department TSF and quality expectations.
Work with one and two line customers who are requesting or considering deactivation in an attempt to solve their problem and retain future revenues.
Ensure that customers are on the most appropriate active rate plan.
Work to increase revenue through sale of additional features and to increase the number of customers under contract through renewal and upgrade efforts.
Use each interaction with a customer as a proactive opportunity to gain the customer's long-term loyalty and financial commitment to us. Review customer’s account on each call to be sure they are on the most cost-effective plan and offer a renewal to eligible customers.
Perform special projects as assigned including but not limited to administering all aspects of the deactivation process, seasonals, credit cards, stolen phones, “answer” call backs and mobile failure reports and other special projects.
Maintain appropriate call logs and provide accurate activity reports/call records when requested.
Continually learn and enhance knowledge of rate plans, product and service offerings and features.
Focus equally on saving customers, providing consistent and accurate information to customers and responding promptly to written and phone inquiries.
HOURS FOR THE POSITION ARE: Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 10 p.m., one day out of alternate weekends between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and 1 or 2 holidays per year. Part-time schedules are negotiable!
REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge:
Four-year high school education or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
In addition, must have three year’s experience in customer service, sales or telemarketing role.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to include: customer service, listening, negotiation, teamwork, follow through, and following directions.
Strong verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette
Personal computer skills to include Windows, Word, and Excel
Decision making and analytical/problem solving skills
Basic math/accounting skills
Conflict resolution
Troubleshooting
Relationship building
Negotiation skills
Selling skills
Abilities:
Detailed, organized and results oriented
Handle multiple tasks at same time
Able and willing to learn and deal with difficult customers
Work in one location and be required to stay at his/her designated workstation the majority of the workday
Work under the pressure of a high volume of calls
Able to maintain the self-esteem of customers, listens and responds with empathy plus involve the customer in solving the problem or reaching a consensus solution.
Apologize for someone else’s mistakes and take responsibility for the customer’s issue or problem
