Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, customer-service focused person to join our team at the Fond du Lac Bank, located inside the Fond du Lac Wal-mart, as a full-time Customer Service Representative (teller).

As a CSR, you are responsible for representing the bank through actively cross-selling products and services, interacting with the public within the aisles of the Wal-Mart store, and servicing the needs of the branch’s customers by processing transactions efficiently and accurately. Full-time CSRs also perform account opening procedures and provide other personal banking services.

If you truly enjoy working with the public, possess a positive can-do attitude and have the following experience, we would like to hear from you:
At least one year previous cash handling and customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability and desire to interact with the public in a retail setting
Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work days, evenings and/or weekends
