Customer Service Rep - Wholesale Mortgage

FSB is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Representative for their Rancho Cucamonga branch. This is a great opportunity for motivated and career driven individuals.

Position Description:

1. Responsible for supporting Account Executives by coordinating marketing pieces, rate sheets and reports. Responsible for new broker approvals and follow up on annual broker updates.

2. Pipeline follow-up on a daily basis including re-working suspense files with broker.

3. Respond to status calls and emails from branches, including scenario calls.

4. Review underwriting and funding conditions with brokers.

5. Coordinate doc orders, confirm fees with brokers when there are discrepancies or non-allowable fees being charged, notify broker when files are clear for doc order and when docs are ready to be picked up.
REQUIREMENTS
1. One to two years experience in loan processing of Conventional, Government and Jumbo loan programs.

2. Must have good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

3. Ability to handle several tasks at once, able to work under short/restrictive time frames.

4. Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
