Join the Debit Card Operations Production Team!!!! Our non-fraud team is responsible for researching and resolving customer disputes related to non-fraudulent ATM/Check Card activity. The position includes interacting with the customers, merchants as well as the merchant’s bank throughout the resolution process. Will require making outbound calls in order to obtain pertinent information to determine the outcome of the dispute and may also require receiving inbound calls. Works on a variety of online systems. Eight weeks of paid training is provided M-F 8am-5pm. Due to strict regulatory guidelines overtime may be required which includes Saturdays.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months customer service experience and a background in a high production environment. PC knowledge MS Office applications is a must have to be successful in this environment.
* Preferred Skills:Previous Debit Card experience. Working knowledge of AXCIS/HOGAN/FDR/DAT/and E-tran (Internal postings only). Knowledge of Regulation E. General Ledger Experience. Ability to read/write/speak Spanish.
