Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible to ensure that customer needs and preferences drive legendary customer service delivery, decision-making and operational effectiveness. This is achieved through hiring, training coaching and leading the Community Banking location services staff in a manner that ensures responsive, accurate, courteous and professional attention to customer needs at all service delivery points. The CSM ensures that all legitimate sales opportunities are referred to Relationship Managers or other bank staff members best suited to assist customers in meeting their product or service needs. In addition, the CSM manages all operational aspects of their assigned location(s) to include budgeting, expense control, fee income generation, loss prevention, compliance, security, work schedules and other activities critical to the smooth operation of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of bank management experience.
Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
Proficient in PC applications.
