PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
In this position, you will be taking incoming calls from existing and potential cardholders. You will answer questions regarding the cardholders'account or Discover Financial Services, as well as use your negotiation skills to retain product enrollments. There are product offer goal requirements, and you are required to be on the phone for the majority of your shift.
