Job Description: - Must have at least 1 year banking operations experience

- Must have the ability to work directly with clients either via phone or face to face

- Call center experience is a plus, but not required

- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Multi-tasking and ability to work well under pressure

- Technical experience with computers is a plus

- Punctual and has desire to work in a challenging and fast paced call center environment with high profile commercial clients

- Candidate will have to work with clients and troubleshooting any technical issues of the online banking system via phone

- Candidate will work temporarily for at least 6 months with the Electronic Client Service department

- Candidate will need to work in a team environment, as well as be a self-starter in learning the technical aspects of the system

Can pay $17-19/hr, based on experience.
