•Initiate, monitor, and lead conversion activities that enable financial institutions to implement electronic funds transfer (EFT) services, with a primary focus on ATM services.•Coordinate and monitor requests received from financial institutions for additional EFT services including, but not limited to, ATM conversions and related changes.
•Provide telephone support to financial institutions as they enter the SHAZAM network or as additional services are added.
•Document and update procedures

REQUIREMENTS
SELECTION CRITERIA
•Min. 1 year of work experience in the banking or EFT industry strongly preferred, with a focus on ATM activity
•Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and identify process improvements
•Demonstrated ability to recognize problems and react quickly.
•Organized, detail oriented and dependable work habits.
•Must be highly motivated and fully engaged with a commitment to high standards/zero defect mindset.
•Excellent communication skills
•Strong customer service skills required
•Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines, to work overtime and/or be “on call” as needed.
