Credit Analyst Team Lead

As a Credit Analyst Team Lead with U.S. Bank, you will:

Be responsible for managing a team of credit analysts (underwriters) for small business commercial loans.

Be responsible conducting credit analysis including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information for existing business customers in order to maximize credit and minimize risk and potential loss.


Job Requirements
While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak professionally with external customers.

Strong analytical financial analysis skills.

That the applicant would be willing and able to embrace the analytical financial analysis skills.

That the applicant would be willing and able to embrace the Core Values for the SBLC by being a Champion of the Positive, moving the center from Good to Great and providing consistent delivery.

Prior management experience with five plus years of commercial credit analysis.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting.
