We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED CORRESPONDENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES for our territories covering Portland, OR to Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for obtaining quality correspondent loans via sales efforts through contacts with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, credit unions, and banks.

Additional position responsibilities will include the following:

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships by marketing and prospecting for new business through site visits, email, phone and marketing (direct mail).

Responsible for providing and training loan officers, processors, underwriters, secondary and product development employees with product fact sheets, general underwriting guidelines, sellers guide information and web site access.

Responsible for managing pipeline, assisting with expiring locks, loan officer scenarios, audit and funding issues, and communicating customer feedback from the field regarding product, service, price, etc.

Responsible for facilitating communications between Risk Management and customer when loans are asked to be re-purchased.

REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: REQUIRES a MINIMIM of TWO years CORRESPONDENT MORTGAGE SALES experience.

EDUCATION: Knowledge, skills and mental development equivalent to two years of college or business technical school. Mortgage educational courses; MBA/Compliance.

SKILLS: The following demonstrated competencies are critical to performing the functions of this job: Excellent listening, excellent communication skills, to include oral and written communication. Must possess good organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must have good working knowledge of mortgage industry, guidelines, government regulations and compliance.
