Corporate Relationship Manager

This position is a senior level business development banker focused on developing service relationships with financial institutions or commercial clients. Develops, markets and administers existing loans, demand and time deposits, and cross sells related banking accounts and services. May supervise support employees and/or assist in supervising and leading less experienced loan officers. Provides significant input into the overall goals, objectives, and budgets, and manages performance against goals. May supervise support employees and/or officers.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:



College Degree or equivalent work experience

Business or Finance degree--preferred

8+ years related experience in Banking, corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial sales

Completion of  formal credit training program or the equivalent in work experience

Ability to analyze and breakdown the various components of a loan request or existing credit to appropriately identify the strengths and weaknesses, and then structure the credit to emphasize the strengths and mitigate the weaknesses.
