Full Job Title: Contract & Pricing Administrator Skills Management Title Contract & Pricing AdminJob Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: Performs basic, routine duties associated with the preparation and definition of proposal documentation of average complexity for company products and services, including strategy development, preparation of the cost and profit proposal packages, fact-finding, negotiations, administration of the resulting contract(s) and their related changes, and other agreements. Serves as a liaison between the company and the customer. Formulates basic strategy, including proper identification and proposal of contract type and the integrating of work statements, delivery schedules, price and payment provisions, and contract terms and conditions into program execution plans and work authorizations. Prepares the profit proposal portion of the proposal. Participates in and leads fact-finding, negotiations, and definition, including all aspects of the pricing to ensure consistency between the negotiated price and the documented agreement. Identifies, communicates, defines, negotiates, and implements changes to the contractual baseline, including constructive changes. Coordinates reviews, signs, and ensures transmittal of contract deliverables, contract data requirements, and contractual correspondence. Competencies Ability to effectively negotiate large, complex business arrangements. Detailed knowledge of United States Government or international contract administration. Demonstrated familiarity and working knowledge with procurement laws and regulations including, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), other Agency unique procurement regulations and/or international country specific procurement regulations. National Contract Management Association's (NCMA) Certified Associate Contracts Manager (CACM) and/or Certified Professional Contracts Management (CPCM) certifications and/or Professional Certification in Government Contract Management are preferred. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software is a plus. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong oral and written communication skills.Notes: Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other Agency unique procurement regulations required and/or strong international contracting experience. Positions are for numerous Programs managed at the Philadelphia, Pa site and international travel may be required.
