Full Job Title: Contract & Pricing Admin 4 Skills Management Title Contract & Pricing AdminJob Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: Senior Pricer position in support of the B-1 Next Enhancement (BONE) Contract with primary emphasis on Software Block Updates, B-1 Fleet Support, and modification program proposals. The successful candidate will apply their extensive pricing and/or related finance experience and demonstrated capabilities to perform all proposal-related pricing activities in collaboration and coordination with B-1¿s Single Integrator Engineering Services and Oklahoma City based Management/System Support Teams and functional organizations. Responsibilities include the evaluation of customer proposal requirements, development and execution of proposal pricing strategies, analysis and assessment of functional cost estimates, development of estimating rationale, and leading the preparation, fact-finding and negotiation of cost/price proposals. Coordinate and support the Teaming On Proposals (TOPS) process. Coordinate and support post-submittal contract definitization activities and post-award audits. The candidate must be familiar with the FAR and TINA, and be capable of analyzing contract work statemnt requirements and terms and conditions relative to probable cost and schedule impacts. Competencies The qualified candidate must have a proven backgroud in pricing of government contracts, a working knowledge of electronic contract pricing systems, hands-on experience with audit, fact-finding and negotiations, and an extensive knowledge of relevant governemnt laws and regulations including FAR, DFAR and TINA. The ideal candidate will show urgency, flexibility, and ownership in their daily work practices. Motivated and a self starter with good communication skills needed. Individual must be able to work both independently and in a team environment, and display ability to complete and manage projects with a minimum of instruction. Demonstrated leadership qualities, good organizational and analytical skills, sound business judgment, multitasking abilities, and strong customer satisfaction skills are required. Individual must possess strong personal computer skills. Prefer certification as a NCMA CACM, CPCM certification. Demonstrated proficiency in a broad range of functional assignments and proven skills in estimating and contract administration is a plus.Notes: Proficient use of the Boeing Common Pricing System (CPS), Common Estimating and Pricing System (CPES) and Common Travel Estimating System (CTES) tools and familiarity with the Boeing Estimating System Manual (BESM) is a plus. Occasional business travel required.
