Contact Center Phone Representative - Part Time

The Phone Representative will provide excellent quality member service, while performing assigned tasks associated with processing customer transactions via the telephone/mail/fax.Assists members with monetary and non-monetary transactions such as general inquiries, transfers between accounts, loans, check withdrawals, stop payments, member account changes and resolving member problems/disputes, and accurately performs data entry.
Processes member requests requiring mail-outs for services, loan, new accounts and printouts.Provides quality service to members and co-workers, assisting them when possible or referring them to the appropriate area, and cross sells ViewPoint Bank products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent telephone skills.
