Consultive sales position working with homeowners to improve their financial situation, and potential homeowners to finance the purchase of a home.

REQUIREMENTS
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up leads provided to take applications.
Analyze applicant's financial situation.
Create loan proposals tailored to applicant's circumstances.
Contact applicant to sell loan proposal.
Obtain required documentation from applicant.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to build relationships on the phone.
Persuasiveness
Organization and time management skills
Analytical skills
Mortgage lending/finance company experience OR prior sales experience
Account executive experience a plus
