CONSTRUCTION LOAN OFFICER-CT-STATEWIDE.

Stock Building Supply is the largest supplier of building materials to professional home builders and contractors in the United States with fiscal year 2005 sales of $4+ billion. We are looking for a Construction Loan Officer in to cover our locations throughout Connecticut.

This position will be responsible for Loan Sales and Marketing, Credit Review and Loan Underwriting, Project Inspection as to Loan agreements, Management of fund disbursement and Collections within the Connecticut Marketplace.

The person we looking for will have:

Formal credit training or 3 + years of credit analysis experience

Residential or Commercial Construction Loan product marketing background is desired

Ability to travel daily to Stock locations in the Market while calling on builders

A history of managing a portfolio of construction loans, a current portfolio is even better

A working knowledge of construction practices

A proven ability to prospect and sell financial products; and uphold the ethics of Stock Building Supply

A College Degree, is self-motivated, a relationship builder, organized and committed to excellence.
