$1B Bank Holding company desires Direcotr of Regulatory Compliance to implement the compliance program and ensure that Bank policies, procedures and retail operations are compliant with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will consider himself/herself an expert in retail banking operations, trust operations and electronic payment transfer systems. Strong leadership and managerial skills desired.Prior experience with OCC, FDIC, FED or OTS helpful.Professional Certification as CIA or CRCM or Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 7 years experience leading compliance administration. Minimum 3 year sexperience supervising a compliance audit team. Competitive salary and full benefits package provided. Compensation is dependent upon experience and education. Salary Range $65,000 - $85,000+
