Premier mid-sized financial service company seeks individual with 2-4 years of experience to ensure compliance with investment advisor and broker dealer activities and adherence of all legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the developement and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and internal controls. Also assist in the monitoring of trading activities, which includes allocation of orders, mutual fund activities, insider trading, e-mail surveillance and employee personal trading reviews. This position is EXTREMELY visible and can / will lead to other opportunities within the organization....
