Compliance

Vice President Compliance Officer:
1.Responsible for day-to-day compliance management program adhering to the bank’s compliance policy with regard to internal and external programs.
2.Maintain and deliver, under direction of SVP CRMO Officer, an ongoing compliance training program for bank staff and vendors
3.Responsible for in-house accessibility to any compliance questions or requests for interpretations from partners including marketing material; complaint resolution; OFAC; policy procedural issues and general regulatory matters.
4.Ensure the Bank is prepared to pass compliance exams by performing periodic assessments and preparing reports to the SVP CRMO with well documented work papers.
5.Responsible to review documentation for compliance with TILA.
6.Responsible to maintain records and report on HMDA/CRA activity.
7.Coordinate with SVP NCL in creating, revising and updating policies and procedures based on regulatory changes, audit and regulatory findings;
8.Maintain updated knowledge regarding federal and state-related issues via interface with external advisory services
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements: College Degree preferred. At least 5 years compliance/regulatory experience with federal lending regulations or comparable experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required. We currently have three open positions based in Philadelphia, Upper Darby, and Bryn Mawr, PA
