Community Office Assistant Manager

Provide superior banking service to customers in a professional manner. Provide customers and prospects with a clear understanding of the technical aspects and benefits of products and services offered at NPB. Expand and increase households through successful selling techniques. Efficiently and accurately handle office operations. Responsible for managing the daily activities in the Community Office and making decisions in the absence of the Manager. Supervises, trains, coaches and evaluates staff. Office is located in the Valley Farm Market in Allentown, PA.Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED; 2-3 years banking experience including cash handling/teller, basic computer & math skills, ability to communicate effectively, ability to multi-task, supervisory experience including performance evaluations, sales experience preferred. Must be able to make sound decisions, work well in a diverse culture, stand for extended periods of time, attend training and meetings outside the office and travel to other community office locations as needed. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule as office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
