Commission Specialist

We have an immediate opportunity available in our Hunt Valley office for a Commission Specialist.The Commission Specialist will provide reconciliation, tracking, and payment of the Administered and General Agency commissions and general accounting functions.Responsibilities:·Track receipt of monthly commissions from the General Agency arrangements and remit commissions monthly.
·Reconcile and remit the GBS Administered commissions monthly.
·Reconcile carrier statements and maintain commission receivable.
·Generate commission discrepancies and follow up with carriers to resolve.
·Service brokers questions.
REQUIREMENTS
·Detail Oriented.
·High accuracy rate.
·Good organizational skills.
·Capacity for a large volume of work on a strict schedule.
·Excellent computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
·Excellent customer service skills.
