Our prestigous mortgage client, located in the heart of the Galleria area, is in search of a experienced Commerical Loan Processor.
The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the commercial loan file from application to funding. Including but not limited to sending out loan proposals for Loan officers, taking new applications with clients, ordering appraisal, environmental and engineering reports, survey, and title work. This person is the liason between the client, all parties (broker, lender, insruance co, attorney office).Note: To be considered, your resume must meet specific position requirements and you must identify either the job title or job code for a specific open position. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required! Must be self motivated, well organized and has a strong ability to multi-task. Be able to work in an environment that is very challenging and fast paced. Great communication skills and work with multiple parties is a must!
