About this Job
As a Portfolio Mgr(P.M.)/ Credit Analyst, the candidate will work closely with seasoned loan officers and management to prepare proposals and credit packages. This will require financial analysis, collateral analysis and cash management analysis. The P.M. will also manage the existing client base and follow up with clients regarding loan requirements. It will be the long-term goal of the P.M. to learn commercial banking and move towards the commercial banking and move towards the commercial lender / relationship manager position.
Candidate must be able to perform the following duties…
Actively participate with lending officers in the financial statements, projections, site visits and customer calls.
Track exceptions to loan documents and loan requirements as well as attain needed information from client base.
Work closely with many different departments within the bank to maintain organization of the portfolio.
Multi-tasking and the ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis are required
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements…
Qualified Candidates must meet these minimum requirement:
Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Excellent analytical, conceptual, writing and communication skills
Ability to work closely with a wide variety of personality types
Ability to be detail oriented with maintaining a larger picture perspective
Ability to develop selling skills and a calling program is required
