Commercial Services Assistants (CSA’s) provide support to Account Mangers, Commercial Banking, by interacting directly with customers, fulfilling requests made on behalf of the staff they support and completing administrative tasks.When responding to customer request, they provide accurate account information, identify needs, offer value added advice through opportunity spotting and take personal responsibility for the resolution of customer’s problemsCSA’s are knowledgeable about the products and services offered through RBC Centura and its affiliates, and proactively identify opportunities to refer customers to their colleagues.CSA’s conduct account opening and account maintenance functions as needed; and maintain a good understanding of RBC Centura & RBC Financial Group capabilities and applies this knowledge to meet customer needs.CSA’s are able to meet customer’s basic financial needs by assessing and identifying customer requirements and refer more complex financial needs to individuals within RBC Centura or its affiliates.CSA’s take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues at first point of contact, addressing complex service issues through the use of tools and other resources. They are attentive to details surrounding customer interactions, ensuring the next steps and implications of solutions offered are fully explained to the customer
