Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator

We are seeking a stellar Commercial Loan Officer to lead new retail loan production effort for small-balance commercial mortgage programs. This is for a DIRECT LENDER.

We are seeking a Commercial Loan Originator, we provide all the tools necessary for your continued success. You will have an inside sales team assisting you with leads, a full service marketing department and full support of corporate. We keep your paperwork and administration to a minimal so you can be out there producing.

Fast turnover!!!!

Base Salary, Car allowance and uncapped HIGH commissions!!! 30 – 50 bps!
REQUIREMENTS
3 to 5 years of banking experience and must be actively originating commercial loans to all types of small and medium business and investors.

Large business banking background preferred.

Prior Commercial Real Estate Loan experience.

Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Word and Excel and ACT a plus!!
