Commercial Real Estate/Fund Control

Looking for someone with Commercial Real Estate Loan experience.Great opportunity to work for one of the top ten banks in the US and is consistently among the top lenders participating in the SBA loan programs.
Through heavy telephone contact, services all construction loan customers, fund control contractors, subcontractors/materialmen and Business Development Officers. Works with title companies on obtaining indemnities and title policies and endorsements. After recordation, assist with setting up the Fund Control as needed. Performs loan servicing. Reviews Disbursement Requests and documentation. Must have mechanic's lien law knowledge. Maintains fund controls on all the Bank projects, including but not limited to keeping insurance current at all times, insuring disbursement period has not been exceeded, loan payments are current and contractor license has not expired. Prepares 1099 reporting for all projects paid through fund control. Coordinates funding final disbursement with Business Development Officer, contractors, clients and SBA Processing. Obtains invoices, serial numbers and description of equipment being purchased. Performs other administrative duties for the department including ordering supplies, typing and mailing correspondence. Assists SBA Disbursing Manager.
