Commercial Loan Operators-AFS System Users
Supervise Loan processing staff within Commercial Loan Operations Dept. Need working knowledge of financial services and products generally available to Commercial Real Estate Lending Clients.
Duties Include: ensure the units is in compliance with Bank policy, regulatory acts and legal requirements. Manage personnel staff including hiring , conducting employee counseling and appraisal meeting .
Supervise staff of 2-6 loan processors.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong working knowledge of commercial operations and loan documentation. Knowledge of common technology used within the Loan Service Industry . Ability to work at a high level of independence.
Must have solid knowledge of AFS, MS Word and Excel.
Leadership experience and excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional reasoning , analystical , interpersonal and organizationskills.
Solid knowledge of loan accounting systems.
