Commercial Lines Claim Representative

The Nation's seventh largest privately held insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Claim Representative to handle property and casualty claims. This individual would be responsible for establishing & maintaining rapport with insurance carriers' staff, insured clients and internal clients. In addition, this individual will manage file inventory to ensure timely resolution of cases; maintain files in an organized manner and document claim activity in file notes; identify claims with increased exposure and advise business partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills are essential as is a P&C Producer's License. Strong customer service and computer skills are required. Comprehensive working knowledge of Real Property Claims is a plus. College degree preferred with 3-4 years experience.
