Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

U.S. Bank has an excellent career opportunity for a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Aspen, CO. This position manages relationships with Community Banking commercial and high net worth customers in Aspen, CO and the surrounding area. A Relationship Manager grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. This position is responsible for approving loans within assigned limits, managing loan and portfolio credit quality, sourcing prospects and developing new customer relationships, providing financial advice to customers, selling appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals.Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management and business development abilities; well-developed analytical and problem solving skills; strong sales skills, and an extensive knowledge of credit and credit quality. Applicant should possess a broad knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to cross-sell the bank’s products and have the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships. This position requires well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent financial experience) and ten or more years commercial lending experience.
