Experienced Collectors needed to staff our Alexandria, LA office. This position is responsible for adjusting all delinquent accounts, completes all assigned calls on a daily basis and minimizes
repossessions on loan accounts by formulating creative payment plans for the customer, processes bills associated with adjusting delinquent accounts, administers repossessed vehicle paperwork and verifies same is received by the remarketing unit. Call all numbers available to reach or locate customers and documents the collection efforts and uses all legal sources for skip tracing and establishes contact with customers. Ability to read, speak and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memo in English. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and three (3) years inside collections experience, with one (1) year of finance company or automobile collections experience
preferred.
