The right person(s) must be able to evaluate and assess a consumer's financial situation and offer solutions for payment.This is a very lucrative opportunity for prospective candidates. Our average collectors earn $35,000 annually while top collectors earn $50,000+Compensation currently provides a bonus scale in addition to benefits such as group health and life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay and 401(k) plan.Duties and Responsibilities:Collection of all accounts in a professional and consistent manner
Maintain and exceed collection goals
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Exhibit moral, ethical and legal collection practices
Primarily use the telephone to reach consumers about past due balances
Use our FACS computer system to notate details of your telephone conversations
REQUIREMENTS
3 years Third Party Collections experience
Knowledge and experience with collection law (FDCPA and Fl statutes)
Familiarity with HIPAA rules and regulations
Must be able to work first or second shift within our office hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM and be available to work 1 Saturday per month
Must be willing to devote the appropriate time and effort to continually learn and adapt to this changing industry
Must be competitive, ambitious and goal oriented
Ability to maintain complete and accurate records
Excellent communication skills; written and oral
