Analyze the customer's problem.Educate the customer on consequences of collections events.Negotiate with the customer to resolve delinquency. Properly document call results utilizing various software applications.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Leverage tools and information to develop customer contact information.
Apply applicable customer solution to address delinquency.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills to interface with customers to provide a positive customer experience. Assume accountability for following all company policies and procedures. Strong analytical skills allowing for sound judgment to resolve the delinquency.Effective utilization of collection tools and technology.Enhanced knowledge and understanding of Collections including technical proficiency, industry knowledge, and mental acumen.
Advanced negotiation skills and problem solving techniques to help solve customer delinquency issues.
Ability to share knowledge and assist less experienced collectors.
Goal oriented to meet production indicators.
Researching skills, such as skip tracing, to develop contacts.
Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment.
