Collections Representatives

CashnetUSA(www.CashNetUSA.com) is a fast growing, internet-based financial services company that is experiencing tremendous growth and needs to immediately fill positions for people with a telemarketing and/or collections background. We are a first party collector and will be collecting on payday loan debt, which is small balance, so speed and familiarity with computers is essential. We pride ourselves on our courteous and compassionate interaction with our customers.
The Collections Representative will make outbound calls to customers with past due accounts to set up repayment plans, verify account information and enter data into internal computer system. Our top Collectors can make upwards of $20,000 per year in bonuses.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional and persuasive phone presence.
Must be able to work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.Basic computer skills required (data entry, internet).
Must have access to reliable transportation and be available to work weekend and evening hours.
Shifts available are:
12pm-8pm weekdays with occasional Saturdays.
We are located in Lake Bluff, IL (60044) which is about 35 miles NORTH of downtown Chicago.
