Collections Representatives - 10/16/06

HSBC Card Services, one of Oregon’s Top 100 Employers the last three years in a row, is seeking enthusiastic, self-starters to join our team of professional Collections Representatives.
Collections Representatives communicate with delinquent or overlimit cardholders to obtain late payments or overlimit NSF amounts, adjust fees and charges as appropriate, review and analyze financial situations and arrange repayment programs within procedural criteria. Additionally, Collections call or write customers to request payment of delinquent amounts, restrict usage of high balance accounts, and maintain accurate documentation of all cardholder contact and location information via the online collection system. Also performs other related duties as assigned.

job Requirements


High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Zero to twelve months collections or experience working on an outbound dialer preferred. A minimum of one year previous customer service experience required.Competitive, Performance-Based Pay
