Collection Representative

We are currently looking for experienced DEBT COLLECTORS and CAREER MINDED TRAINEES to join our award winning organization. Bilingual-Spanish a plus.

We are a competitive organization that is looking for assertive individuals to contact consumers for the recovery of delinquent credit card, expense card, retail and auto debts. Collectors will negotiate settlements and arrangements for balance in full and practice diligence in making the best possible arrangements for payment.

Base salary starts at $20,400 to $24,000 annually for trainees and goes up based on collection experience.
Average annual income was $54,408 in 2004 for our 400+ collector staff, top performers can earn $100-$150K.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Basic computer knowledge including familiarity with Windows
Successful candidates will be high energy and assertive
Must have flexibility to work 2 days 8-5, 2 days 12-9, 7-4 on Fridays and every other Saturday.
