The Operations Development Group was created to offer the analysis and solutions to fill the business technology needs or “Bridge the Gap” between Business and Technology. The Group prepares necessary documentation including functional requirements, user testing plans, schedules, test cases, procedures, etc. and works with business and technology to execute these plans. Support existing User Developed Tools (UDTs) Partner with other teams to understand processesDevelop solutions/efficiencies for manual tasks (UDTs).Create easy to understand interfaces and processes.Create & provide documentation - both technical and training.Train end users.Participate in business project teams for mainframe system enhancements
This is a temp to perm role paying up to $28/hr plus O.T.Ref: 1142104
REQUIREMENTS


Securities Lending or finance operations a plus.
Bachelor degree (Business or Technical Related) preferredProficiency in Access and/or Excel Experience with SQL Server or Oracle preferredVBA programming knowledgeProblem-solver Ability to analyze procedures/systems and recommend changes/enhancements for efficiencies
Detail oriented and Proven ability to stand out as a leaderProven project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUAT & test cases experience preferred
