Coin Handler - Processor

Loomis, Fargo & Co. seeks highly qualified individuals to join our company as Coin Handlers. These positions sometimes are referred to as Coin Processors.

The main function of the Coin Processor is to count, sort and/or break bags of coin, weighing 50 pounds. The job duties include the following physical abilities:


Repetitiously lift, without assistance, at least 50 pounds from floor level to 3-4 foot level

Ability to move bulk coin with hand carts or manual pallet jacks

Operate a forklift truck

Full range of motion of arms, shoulders and back

Ability to operate a PC based inventory program

Work in a room without central air conditioning within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light


We have 1 Full-Time position open for the Tampa location. Work schedule is Monday-Friday.Job Requirements


The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:


Be at least 18 years of age

A steady employment history

Good credit rating

Pass a comprehensive background check that includes a criminal history check and a pre-employment polygraph

Pre-employment drug screen

Drug free for 3 years
