Closing Coordinator

CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Closing Coordinator for a client located in Westlake, TX. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity paying a market competitive salary. Hours are 8am to 8pm (OT is required).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Confirm title clear to close
Prepare final HUD statements
Update Lender’s Loan Document to accurately reflect settlement fees
Ensure accuracy of title vesting and correct when necessary
Monitor for timely receipt of loan closing documents
Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and record ability of instruments
Communicate effectively both written and verbal with clients and signing agents
Ensure all closings remain on schedule
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including those of our clients
Meet all productivity standards as outlined by Management
Present a “can do” attitude on every interaction with clients and co-workers
Demonstrate respect for all clients and co-workers
Be flexible enough to deviate from the norm when the situation warrants, keeping the welfare of the client and our business at the forefront of the decision
Demonstrate excellent organization, documentation and follow through skills

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to two years of lending or title experience required.
Must have excellent MS Office skills.
Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
