We have an immediate opening for a Closer.

Company is currently located in the Tribeca area in Manhattan. Candidate will start working in Manhattan and will move to the company's new office in Jersey City approx. August 4, 2006.

Responsible for scheduling all loan closing and preparing loan closing packages.

Will review and clear prior to doc conditions with assistance of the underwriters.

Closer will act as a liaison between title company and loan officers to prepare Settlement statements and coordinate closing with borrowers.

Responsible for monitoring state fee thresholds per loan as well as send copies of loan packages to warehouse bank.

Prepares weekly a funding spreadsheet via excel to warehouse bank.

Requires:
Subprime experience,
Attention to detail, organizational skills
Experience with Doc Magic, experience reading title reports and payoffs.
Fast paced environment.

Salary range up to $45,000 plus full benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Closer with
Subprime experience.
Attention to detail, organizational skills
Experience with Doc Magic, experience reading title reports and payoffs.
Fast paced environment.
