Client Technical Support Manager

This position requires someone who has a solid work history of at least 10 years in the field of customer support, information systems and internet technologies. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office technologies including MS Access, Excel and MS Outlook is required. Preference will be given candidates with experience in financial institutions and a good understanding of basic accounting principles. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills both verbally and in written documentation. The position also requires someone who is capable of maintaining good rapport with our clients at all times. The candidate must possess impeccable work ethics and be capable of passing a criminal background check.
REQUIREMENTS
Work with our credit union clients over the phone as needed to resolve issues pertaining to their Internet Banking and BillPay systems. Create client bulletins to explain features and make corporate announcements. Oversee batch cycle issues as needed during working hours. Rollout of system features as requested by our clients or as needed for system upgrades. Eventually oversee other customer support team members as needed. Be capable of meeting aggressive deadlines and occasionally work in off-hours. Be willing to work in an on-call rotation.
