Client Services Executive - Financial Services

The Client Services Executive is responsible for developing and managing key client relationships for our financial services clients. Primary responsibilities include: overall pro-active client management of assigned accounts, project resource allocation and utilization, client profitability and consistent client satisfaction. The position requires a client-centric view as well as a solid understanding of database marketing, business operations, planning and management practices including hands on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology and solutions, preferably in the evolving Event Based Marketing application space. Understanding of data management, analytical techniques, business metrics and their application is necessary to identify customer needs and potential solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5-7 years of bank database marketing or related business experience is required; prior background as Project Manager is helpful. Excellent organization, project management, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are also required. Travel is required (expected 10-15%). BA degree required.
