Client Service Specialists Needed-Pays $13-$16/hr

Title: Client Specialist
Will be responsible for scheduling appraisals as well as home inspections on a daily basis.
Will be the "go to" person(liaison)in regards to the loan process.
Must be able to calm the client down if their is a delay in the loan process.
Will be responsible for the full coordination regarding the loan process, appraisals, as well as the inspection process.




















Job Requirements


Must have 1-3 years strong/tenured customer service experience.
Must have superior verbal as well as written communication skills.
Any previous mortgage experience is beneficial.
Proficient in MS Windows, Lotus notes.
Must have confidence as well as have a "take charge" attitude.

Must be able to pass a credit check as well as a background screen to qualify.

Must be able to work in NW Plano.
