1. Oversees the controlled and accurate movement of all inbound and outbound cash movement requests for Institutional Custody clients. Cash movements include Federal Reserve Wire payments, check processing and ACH payments. 2. Oversees the controlled and accurate processing and monitoring for loans issued to IBT clients. Loan Operations interfaces with Institutional Custody Administration, Finance, and the bank’s Lending Officer on a regular basis. 3. Resolves Operational issues in a timely and pro-active manner. 4. Ensures timely and accurate posting to the SEI Accounting system and the LaPro loan system. 5. Works with the Institutional Custody Administration area in a collaborative manner to meet the client needs without creating liability to Investors. 6. Sets the strategic direction for both groups and drives the staff to complete projects and implement process improvements. 7. Recruits, develops, and motivates staff. Develops career development plans and ensures training opportunities are utilized to develop staff skill sets. 8. Develops workflows, controls, and procedures to prevent any liability to Investors through processing routines. 9. Issues daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to keep management informed of volumes, trends and issues. 10. Manages special projects from design through implementation in a non-eventful manner. 11. Resolves reconcilement issues as they relate to the unit’s responsibilities. 12. Remains informed of regulatory changes and new industry and competitors developments and ideas. 13. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree, with a concentration in Business Management is preferred. An MBA is highly desirable. 7-9 years of prior experience within a Financial Services area and 3-5 years management experience required. Outstanding oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary. The ability to analyze and interpret numerical data is essential along with the use of all Microsoft Office software.
