Prepare and present relationship reviews to all assigned clients in a region.

Increase penetration and deepen relationships with clients through outstanding service and proactive communication.

Coordinate on-site relationship deepening efforts, including seminars, personal visits, marketing communications and group moves.

Coordinate with third-party or in-house counseling staff to insure consistent flow of transferee authorizations.

Work with clients, accounting and finance to facilitate collection of delinquent corporate client bills.

Maintain current and complete databases and policy profiles on all clients in region, including contacts and history.

  Work with field sales staff, client contacts and CSS staff to resolve mortgage loan related problems and inquiries in a timely manner.

Maintain a strong knowledge of entire mortgage process including loan pricing, product details and implementation requirements, processing/underwriting guidelines and closing policies.

Generate regular reports to monitor performance and assure that quality standards are met.

Respond to client requests professionally and in a timely manner.

Attend Regional and National industry conferences and trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE MUST POSSES STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND MULTI-TASK IN A HIGH PACED MACANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN CRP AND GMS DESIGNATIONS. CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND MULTI-TASK IN A HIGH PACED MANNER IS REQUIRED. CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING CLOSELY WITH SENIOR LEVEL CONTACTS AT CLIENT COMPANIES. STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND AND 2-3 YEARS OF MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. REQUIRES EXPERIENCE IN CFI OR RELATED APPLICATION, EXCEL AND WORD. BUSINESS DEGREE PREFERRED OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.NNER IS REQUIRED. CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING CLOSELY WITH OPERATIONS AND SALES MANAGEMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND AND 2-3 YEARS OF MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. REQUIRES EXPERIENCE IN CFI, EXCEL AND WORD.
