Towers Perrin's Global Compensation Databases Unit is a part of the Executive Compensation and Rewards line of business. Within the Global Databases Unit, the US Databases Unit is currently seeking candidates for the position of Client Care Associate. This position will be responsible for responding to client/participant inquiries about our Compensation Data Bank surveys and products and reaching out to clients to encourage participation in our surveys. Responsibilities include: Responding to client/participant inquiries regarding all facets of our compensation surveys and databases. Contacting clients regarding participation and purchase orders. Preparing, sending and following-up with clients regarding activation materials for our on-line system. Conducting demos of our on-line system. Maintaining and updating client tracking system with contact and call record information. Contributing to ongoing internal projects and enhancement initiatives to maintain and improve client satisfaction. Qualifications: Prior experience in a client care environment responding to client inquiries both by phone and email Strong customer service attitude Excellent communication skills both written and oral Strong computer skills Good attention to detail Positive, team player attitude Bachelor's degree is preferred Willing to work flexible hours and O/T as required Interested candidates should apply online in the Careers section at http://www.towersperrin.co m.
